I’ve went back to MFP this year. Need to drop 12 lbs
Anyhow I’m set up for 2250 clas per day. Do I need to take 500 from this or is this already a deficit built in

    Your deficit is already accounted for in that. Being under occasionally isn't a big deal, but ideally you should be aiming to hit close to it most of the time (or making up the difference on another day).
