Hi everyone! I’ve been using MFP on and off for around 4 years now, and losing then gaining each time. I’m determined to do it differently this time so I can maintain as well. I need a lot of help to stay on track and love the support from the community here. If anyone would like to add me as a friend I’m always keen for more friends.

Also, I don’t really have any supportive friends IRL. My husband is obese and never exercised. My friends all give me grief when we get together if I don’t partake in the unhealthy snacks, saying I don’t need to worry about losing weight. Socialising is a big part of my life, we eat out almost every week, so that’s the toughest part.0
