    Wow! What an inspirational before and after. My heaviest was 220. I am now at 199. My goal weight is 145 and I sometimes wonder if I can do it. Now I know I can!!!

    I hit a what now moment when I got to my goal so I got certified and now I am
    a spin instructor and I run. I just completed my 1st triathlon and there is no end in sight.
    If I can do it anyone can, slow and steady is all it takes, the hardest part is in the beginning when you have to build the habit.
