Breakfast 2020

Good morning everyone! Here is what I had for breakfast this morning.

    Overnight Oats with ground flax seed, 7 gr walnuts, 1/2 cup raw milk, 1/2 cup blueberries, hot tea

    I don't usually eat breakfast until 2 or 3 hours after I wake up, but I still consider it breakfast. Right when I wake up, I usually have tea.

    Today: about 2 oz of leftover rib eye sauteed with garlic and baby spinach in evoo and placed on buttered toast.

    The toast was Dave's Killer Bread. I've been hearing about the brand for years but only recently had it for the first time. I like it a lot! Wish I started getting it sooner.

    Not gonna lie. I finished off some cherry pie & cool whip this morning. Good news is that its now gone and won't tempt me.

    Breakfast is usually wasa crackers & cheese or belvita breakfast cookies.

    Banana pancakes. Half banana, 1 extra large egg, and 1/3 cup quick cooking oats!

    Smoothie (small banana, zucchini, kale, silken tofu, chickpeas, and a combination of peanut butter and some peanut powder). I usually hate bananas in smoothies, but had some frozen ones and got inspired to try one with peanut butter as a combo, and it worked great. I wanted to do one involving avocado, but none of my avocados are ripe enough to eat.
