I exercise regularly but eat junk at night. Focusing on being mindful of what I eat. This app really helps keeping track of my calorie intake.

    Ugh, I feel your pain. Mainly because I work night shifts, and there's not a lot of healthy foods available at 2am unless you meal plan. I'm working on doing just that... making sure I have plenty of low-cal options with me so I won't be tempted to order pizza or something else that I don't need.
