returning after a couple of sluggish years. did pretty well for a while. counter by scale everything that went in the body. that really isn't what was the key to success last time. it was eating intentionally. i stopped eating what was convenient. i cooked everything i ate and used good quality ingredients. down to the stocks, beets and beans. time to get started again.3
