Hello, My name is Gale. I am 66 years young and would like to be as fit as possible. I am a RN and I teach Tai Chi for Health. The problem is, I eat healthy, but too much, especially at night. Being a healthy weight would help me with knee pain, venous problems in my legs and much more. I have the know how but struggle with applying it.
