Doing it right this time

Hi everyone!
My name is Ali and I started my health journey in December.
I had lost 60lbs in 2018 but the diet plan I was on was simply not sustainable and really corrupted my relationship with food. I was only eating 800-900 calories per day and thought it was normal. After I stopped that program I started binge eating all the foods I hadn’t allowed myself to eat for many months. I gained a lot of weight back and was disappointed in myself. This time I’ve been focusing on correcting my relationship with food and really getting back into the gym. Of course I’m not losing the weight as quickly as last time, but I know this will allow me to do things right and make it a forever lifestyle change.
