2 stone weight loss goal

Hey all, started the weight loss journey about a week ago, and I've already lost 4.4pounds since Christmas, if you all have any tips and tricks feel free to hit me up, let's get after it πŸ˜‰πŸ’ͺ

    There are no tricks. Just patience & consistently eating in a deficit.

    Tips:
    • Choose a sustainable rate of loss.
    • Avoid making a number of big changes all at once.
    • Log accurately - a food scale is a big help, in the very least at the beginning to help establish normal portion sizes.
    • Be conservative in your approach to exercise calories, you're meant to eat them back, that's the way MFP is designed but machine readings/trackers/etc may not be 100% accurate so 50% is a good place to start and review your results vs your expected results and adjust accordingly after 4-6 weeks.
    • Don't be put off by a gain on the scale, weight loss isn't linear and bodyweight fluctuates constantly, that doesn't mean fat loss isn't happening, stick with it and trust the process. It's the trend that matter not each individual weigh in.
