I am new but not new to MFP. I had an account before but deleted it. Today is the 1st of the month and I want to CHANGE my body and make new friends and have the support that I don't have here. Add me, don't be shy. It's easier for me to do things with a little push and some help. I am currently at work but once I get home from work I want to walk home from BART (If you are from the Bay Area, you know what I am talking about and if you don't, it's a rapid transport "train" system) and do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, Level 1. Today will be day 1. My starting weight is 168.4 and my goal weight that I need to get down to is 148... According to my Dr. Anyway, I am looking forward to making new friends that I can share my journey with. Have a good day!

(:

Glad to have you on here. I am new myself. I created an account, but waited about 3 days before using it (I have no idea why). Anyhow, I have similar goals like yours. I currently weigh 166 and would like to get down to 145-150 which is appropriate for my height. I lost almost 40 pounds two years ago, then got married and gained all but 6 pounds back. Before I lost the weight just to "lose" it, but now I am looking forward to a lifestyle change. I know I can do it, I have done it before, but this time it`s for a different reason. Here is to everyone on their journey, good luck and let us be here for motivation for each other in our time of need!!
  • What will you be doing for your workout routines? And wow, almost 40 pounds. That's amazing. I have no doubt in my mind that you will do great. We now have each other for a support system.

    (:
