I've been at it for 2 weeks now. I've only had 1 major fall off but I got right back to it💪

    Good for you.
    You should be settling into a routine by now, so things will get easier. Then you can tweak as you need to.
    Don’t let one bad day discourage you.

    Great Persistence at getting healthy. Just take small steps and eat everything you like in moderation. Just think it as lifelong lifestyle change to eating not a diet.
