I ended up with 241 miles for August. I ran a marathon on July 31, so I was recovering early in the month.

With my kids now back in school, my miles will drop a bit (as I have to be home early to get them ready and drive them).

107.76 Km or just under 67 miles Jogging/walking
    23.7Km stationary bike

A little down from July on the walking/jogging where I did 152Km but that was a lot of walking and this was mostly jogging since I've finished the C25K in August.

Looking to improve these totals in September if the weather permits.
  • walking/jogging 44.6 mi including my very first 5K!!!!

I ran 63.6 miles in August. That gives me 8 consecutive months greater than 50 and 7 consecutive months greater than 60.
