Hi all
I’m new to this and want to change the macro ratios to fit a Keto diet. I keep changing them to what I want but they won’t stay the just revert back to the original.
I know a lot of people here a following a Keto diet so I must be doing something wrong. Please help!

    I'm on it also. It's a little pricey at first while getting what you really need. I started slowly changing my diet while gathering ingredients and tools. Just got my scale, brother and containers for meal prep. I did it Sunday. Easier this time around...hubby is on board.

    Haven't gotten into macros yet...I think I'm in ketosis...clothes are starting to fit differently. Started intermittent fasting last week and my energy is through the roof and my brain fog seems to be lifting.

    Go to Goals, at the top on the left hand side there will be an edit button.
    You may need to play around a bit to get them to what you want, as there are defaults set in system but you can override them. You can put in the percentages you want, to get to total calories system states per day. I knew how many grams I was looking for. For carbs, protein, fat etc and worked from that. You could even consider changing sugar for fiber. That is what I have done as I am always low on sugar, but want to know what my daily fiber count.
