Same!! I have been using myfitnesspal on and off for a LONG time through a couple different usernames. I was here before the sponsorship, before the premium! LOL I am able to see some success when I try, but then I always lose my grip and revert right back >:O0

Sometimes, people have to keep starting over because they keep picking plans that are too difficult.
All you need is a calorie deficit to lose weight, so start out making the bare minimum of changes, and only ones that will make it easier for you to stick to your calorie deficit.'
Taking some time to figure out a way of eating and activity level that will make it easy for you to eat the right calories for the rest of your life (not just until you reach goal weight) is worth the effort!
