you know, the ones with the Kodiak mix, bananas and one egg? the ones that are one point? ( I am not following WW). Well...I think they are disgusting. Yeah. Not worth the one point. Just commenting.

    i just use milk when i make my kodiak cakes - but i prefer birch bark for protein pancakes - KK have a weird aftertaste

    I don’t know what recipe you’re talking about, but Kodiak mixes have a “protein” flavor. They’re not going to taste like regular baked goods.

    I sometimes like the Kodiak brownie mix made with just 0% Greek yogurt and water. But it does taste like a protein bar, not a regular brownie.

    Sharon_C, mine were the exact opposite. Maybe I used too much banana, but they were very mushy, like uncooked mashed bananas..apullum, its not the mix. No.

    We make banana Kodiak pancakes and really enjoy them. Maybe it's the real maple syrup we put on it.
