  • Welcome - I'm new here too. 30 day transformation is a great goal. I've committed to 30 days of exercise, at least 15 minutes a day, but I am aiming for 60 min/day. Good luck in your 30 day journey and congrats for taking the first step!
  • Im in the newbie club too ! not new to fitness but new to my fitnesspal. Trying to get rid of 10 pounds and maintain muscle. Love this site ! need to be accountable for calorie intake , this helps me stay on track !
