Lying Cheating and Steeling is working for me!

Since July I’ve been on a journey to improve my health.
At 500 lbs and a BP of 190/110 changes were required.
So now I Lie in shavasan then enjoy a great yoga practice.
I Cheat on my diet a little bit, but I’m usually really good ;)
And you’ve got to pump the Steel! (For me that’s TRX at the Y)
So far with the help of MyFitnessPal I’m down to 386.6 lbs and my BP is 132/70.
This app is a lifesaver!

  • Keep up the great work! I’m pretty good at lying and cheating, I really need to start steeling though. Best of luck to ya!

    It’s definitely been a life shift and the changes are sticking so I’m excited and optimistic.
