Trying to gain weight

Heyy everyone I'm new here.
I'm currently 111 my goal is 135. I really don't like to work out lol.. ANY SUGGESTIONS??

    You don't have to workout to gain weight. I'm confused to what you want suggestions about.

    It's definitely not that simple.. I have a 8 year old son and 135 was the most I weighed.. I've drank protein shakes I just started counting my calories.. Eating is like a 2nd hobbies for me.. I love food.

    You don't have to overdo the protein just get enough and fill the rest with fats and carbs. You don't have to workout but without any resistance training the weight you gain will not be muscle.

    At your weights and height, focus on caloric surplus and compounds.

    StrongLifts 5x5, The Texas Method or any routine with strength progression and the size will come.
