Hi everyone. I am not really new to this site but just wanted to put this out there. I started in Jan 2011 and did ok but gave up in March. I started again at the end of July and I am finding it a little easier this time around. I am looking to add friends who can help to keep me motivated. My habit is to go all out for a month or two and then get bored, discouraged.. etc and then give up and put all the weight back on. I would love to chat with anyone from British Columbia!     hi from scotland, nowhere near canada i know but spent two weeks in the rockies and calgary last year. absolutely beautiful :) going back again next year hopefully. I'm trying to get back on the weight loss plan after eating/drinking far too much at a festival last weekend. x

    I'm in Surrey, feel free to friend me! I just noticed on your profile that you're hypothyroid too, me too! Actually I started out very hyperthyroid, then became hypo when they zapped me. Hence my weight gain, hence my weight loss...
