Hi, my name is Karen..I have been struggling to lose 30 to 40 lbs..very Frustrated..just joined the Y..looking for healthy habits and information.
I'm 68 years..started putting on weight..about 10 years ago..Thank you

    You can do it!
    Start small. Walk around the block every day. Drink water when you want a candy bar. Have a salad to start dinner.
    I told myself that I wouldn’t give up any food, just smaller portions.
    As you exercise more, you won’t want as many snacks.
