Hi there. My name is Nicole. I’m a 32 year old single mom living in Ireland looking to get back into shape after letting myself go for way too long.

My main activity is walking, any tips on any excercises that can be done in blocks of 10 mins or so are greatly welcomed

    Hi Nicole. I am a mother of two myself having just had a little one almost 6 months ago. I began losing weight at the beginning, but come holidays, I gained it all back. (I'd lost a good 10 pounds.) So here I am again looking to get motivated. Feel free to add me. I am also looking to ease back into everything via walking and more low-impact exercises! We can do it!
