I have just started logging my meals. Was put on the Mediterranean diet due to family health issues.
Having a hard time eating enough calories.
Any suggestions

    Most of us struggle with eating too many calories rather than too few. I would suggest you concentrate on things with more fat and protein to up the calorie count. I don't know the Mediterranean diet so hopefully someone who does will comment.

    Thank you. Talked with the trainer I am meeting with and she said not to totally focus on the amount. Because of all the fruits and veggies I am getting she said it isn't huge if you dont eat full calories as long as it isn't every day
