1 cup of cooked spaghetti is how many calories?

It says that 1/8th of package is 220 Calories. The only thing I have to measure is cups so i'm having a hard time figuring out how much I can eat?

would 1 cup of cooked spaghetti be 220 calories?

    Generally between 200 and 220 is a good guestimate.

    yes...2oz of UNCOOKED pasta is 1 cup of COOKED pasta...looks like a lot of food but it is truly 1 cup.

    duh, and i forgot to add - look on the side of the box...some are 200 calories, some are 210...etc....but the 2oz is 1 cup therefore one serving is X amount of calories.

    i don't eat regular spaghetti anymore! I use spaghetti squash, so much tastier!! And only 45 calories for a cup! i make spaghetti and meatballs with it, and its a hit at my house!!

    we love spaghetti squash around here - even my picky son loves it. He calls it "Caveman Spaghetti."
