I had a papa Murphy's crustless pizza for lunch today. How do i find this and log it?

If it isn't in the database, you have the option to search for it on the restaurant's website, find the information, and create your own entry. However, a quick search shows that it may not be an official menu item and they may not have the information online.
In that case, I would estimate how much of each ingredient you had on the pizza and log it that way. In some cases, a rough estimate is the best you can do.2 -
There are some crustless pizzas in the database but nothing specific to papa murphy. I do not think 267 a slice is an unreasonable amount. Of course I have no idea what ingredients was used in yours or the size. If this was a one-off deal though I would probably go with something in that range and try to find a better method of calculating it if I were eating it more often.1
