Crap!!

Went to grab my 10:30am snack and realized I FORGOT MY GREEK YOGURT!!! This has thrown off my day mentally, as I look forward to EATING!! I usually eat 80 cal Greek Yogurt and two honey graham crackers for a nice 250cal snack. Now I have to supplement with extra graham crackers which are dry and totally unsatisfying until lunch. (Cuz I didn't bring any other food. If I keep extra food around I will eat it!) Just wanted to vent. I surely wont make that mistake again!
