Chicken/Mince Meat Raw or Cooked

Do you weigh your chicken and mince meat raw before cooking or once cooked please? Whats the best way

It doesn't really matter if you pick a good entry that specifies cooked (and cooking method) or raw (which refer to when you weighed it).
For ground beef I would ordinarily weigh raw, but I usually cook chicken bone in, so weigh cooked (so I can pull it off the bone first).2 -
i use the pre-cooked weight as i tend to use whatever juices come out in sauces. Don't know if thats right though2
