I have been having a hard time with meeting my protein need with out going over my calories, fat.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Would appreciate any input.
Thanks,
Marisa

What is your protein goal in grams?
How many calories do you eat?

What are your current sources of protein? If they are causing you to be over on fat (which isn't a big deal anyway) I'd wager they are things that have protein, but are greater sources of dietary fat than anything else.

Fish, shell fish, chicken, lean cuts of beef/pork, non-fat Greek Yogurt, low fat diary, eggs, etc are all good sources of protein that don't have much fat.

Never have issues getting protein...usually I'm over but still within my calorie goal
Usually over on fat too...I like peanut butter daily...only 1-2 Tbsps...but other healthy fats avacado etc put me over but still within calories @cwolfman13 has a good list of protein-rich foods. I'd also include beans as a good source...whip up some hummus wuth veggies or put black beans or chick peas in a salad or whatever beans. Nuts too.
