Hi! I started at 237 here in March 2012 and made it to 181 by December 2012, just using this app!! (And lots of discipline.)

1/23/2020 I’m at 197. My ultimate goal is 140. But I’ll take 160. Maybe 12/31/2020? Not sure where to set my calories. I notice I eat about 2300 a day without restricting. If I starve I’ll gain it all back plus more. So not sure where to put it....but
