    Not long woke up after a tiring day. Too busy yesterday to reach my calorie target so now I’m hungry but debating on weather to eat now so wait 3 hours and go out for all you can eat breakfast which normally gives me 3500-4000 calories!!! That should make up for yesterday’s short fall 😂

    The beach is great place to relax and heal. Bit cold this time of year in the uk so hope your going somewhere warm.
