To much protein?

Im trying to do a high protein diet to lose weight.
.
So far my meal plan looks like this.
.
Lunch: 4oz chicken with veggie
Snack: whey protein shake
Dinner: 4oz chicken with veggie
.
I plan on mixing in eggs, yogurt, fruits, oatmeal, cottage cheese and nuts into my meals.

.
.Im averaging 90g -120g a day
.Im 33; F; 220pounds
.
I know to much of something can be bad for you, how do i know if this is to much protein?
