Hello, I have been using the App for almost a week now and its great but my biggest problem is that although I do eat, when I exercise I'm below my 1200calories. I want simple, quick, recipes with everyday items in the kitchen. Im not a chef and alot of these rescipes look for advanced =) I'm Puerto Rican and basically thats all we've really been accustomed to eat. (Puerto Rican rice, beans, a lot of fried stuff) I have cut pop and junk and eating better for this past week, but I need better or new recipes to keep this going. Im trying to get rid of my baby pouch so any tips with that would be great. I've done a lot of Zumba and started crunches today. Please help. Thanks

hi,.. im from PR too .. what I do is eat everything but in small portions.try not to eat rice every day.. and so I lost 30 pounds in the beginning starting here... I think all the typical Puerto Rican food is high in fat. just eat smaller portions...

    Take Care ...

use the same seasonings, but grill your meats rather than frying them. add veggies to your sides, use NSA (no salt added) canned beans. use brown rice instead of white (same for pasta and bread: use wheat pasta, wheat bread)
