Baked Chicken?

What is the easiest way to make plain ol' baked chicken? Also, is baked chicken "healthy" for you? :)

I normally use my George Forman grill but want to be able to know how to bake chicken as well. Is it as simple as pouring lime juice over the breasts, putting some pepper on them, and then baking? I just need simple directions and ingredients.

  • many ways to do this, if ur using a chicken breast, i use lemon and pepper to season most of the time, then just bake at 375 degrees for around 30-35 minutes depending on the size.
  • and yes its healthy, 4 oz baked chicken breast is about 110 calories and 1 gram of fat

    Rub boneless, skinless breast with small amount of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of cayenne. Pat seasoning onto breasts and bake on a rimmed cookie sheet at 350 until they are above 170 degrees.

    you can buy light italian salad dressing and pour it on the chicken put foil over the pan. Then put it in the oven at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
