I get home from school and I immediately am super hungry. I end up eating really fatty foods. I have tried just eating carrots or something but it doesn't work! I always end up making cheesey things! HELP!

Oh darn. I was about to suggest carrots. That's what I had after school today.
Anyways, there's nothing wrong with cheese. Mm, let's see... I would try making a grilled cheese sandwich after school. You probably think I'm nuts, but if you use just a few sprays of that "0-calorie butter," light cheese (kraft is 45 cals a slice), and light bread (35-40 cals a slice), you'd have something cheesy for like 130 calories. Ugh, i totally agree!!
I recently discovered Laughing Cow cheese, its pretty delicious and with crackers.
It's only about 35 calories for one wedge, which is good!
But other than that, i cant give much more advice, im just as bad0 -
School makes me REALLY hungry. I don't know what it is. Even if I take healthy snacks and lunch to school, I am always starved when I get home. I think it might relate to lack of fat*--what I take to class is usually fruit, veggies, and a small sandwich. People always say nuts are good (and they are) but I have to eat an *kitten*-load of calories worth of them to feel sated. I don't think a little cheese after school is going to hurt you--some protein might be just the thing you need.
*that would be dietary fat in what I pack. I have plenty of fat.0 -
i know u said cheese, but if u like milk and chocolate...
the Dollartree has these awesome fudgesicle bars. Regular size, and only 80 calories each (no fake sugar even)! <---ps: It is only $1 for like 6 of them!
i know the feeling of loving cheese though, lol.0
