5’2 I started at 158.8
I’m now at 147.4lbs!

I stick with a 1200 calorie goal!
I’m also a stay at home mom I use my stationary bike 15 minutes 2x a week at a pace of 18 in the afternoon while my son is asleep, and use the FitOn app and do a 15-20min strength exercise 3x a week in the afternoon (:3 -
