Thank you in advance

Matt Fitzgerald has a few books on this subject, all of which I think are worthwhile: The New Rules of Marathon and Half Marathon Nutrition and The Endurance Diet are two that immediately come to mind. Racing Weight is a book that is focused on endurance athletics and finding your ideal weight, if that's of interest too.2

& 1 for Fitzgerald's books.
Also, If you're somewhat geeky about this topic, you might like Bob Seebohar's "Nutrition Periodization for Endurance Athletes: Taking Traditional Sports Nutrition to the Next Level". He's an endurance coach and dietician who discusses varying nutritional needs based on where an athlete is in the training cycle as well as on race day.1 -
+1 for Matt Fitzgerald.1

There is also a Racing Weight cookbook. I have made a lot of recipes from it and it is broken down into levels: runner's who don't cook, athletes with some cooking experience, and athlete's who love to cook. I also have Shalane Flanagan's Run Fast Eat Slow. I got it as a present one year for Christmas. However, I haven't made any recipes from it yet.
If you get into wanting to try your own race fuel, I suggest looking at Feed Zone Portables.
Jack Daniel's Daniel's Running Formula is a good mix of the two. He goes into depth about speed work, stress reaction, overstress, diminishing returns, nutrition, etc, and he covers from 800M to marathon distances.1 -
