Hello everyone! Welcome to the fifth three-month pick-your-own-difficulty challenge. This challenge will last from February 1st until May 1st. No need to have participated in any of the previous challenges in order to join this one. Just post that you're joining and boom, you've joined!
You get to choose how much weight you want to lose within this three month period.
Level 1 - 5 pounds ★
Level 2 - 10 pounds ★★
Level 3 - 15 pounds ★★★
Level 4 - 20 pounds ★★★★

That goal weight would actually be an all-time low since I started used MFP in the spring of 2014! So a pretty significant number for me!
Other goals: reduce sodium in meals & use of table salt, keep up my step-goal streak as long as possible, continue planking regularly and increasing arm/ab strength endurance

Excited for February 1st! My exercise plan is going to start getting more challenging and I'm ready to put some hard work in to reach my 3 month goal!! My food tracking is going well, been back on the wagon for the past month. Good luck everyone! We can do this one day at a time.4
