I lost 50kg a few years ago and it’s slowly starting to creep back on. I walk my dog everyday and I cycle to work 3 times a week. I’ve joined MFP to understand how many calories I consume and to try to make better choices with food

Welcome. You're in the right place. I'm maintaining too but have realized that there's no finish line and the battle will continue indefinitely. Having said that... I'm ready. You'll find lots of helpful ideas here. Good luck.0
