Dropped 60 pounds but ....

So over last few years dropped around 60 pounds, quit smoking 18 months ago. Been a frequent gym member (I go 3-5 time’s a week) truly am a changed man. But hit a wall, few stone off target so decided to calorie count. Hoping using this will tighten things up, having 5 chicken breasts and veg after weight training is great for protein but not good for calories. Just can’t shift the belly fat no matter how many miles I clock up on the treadmill or how many weights I lift... so wish me luck guys with this going to try it for a month 🤞🤞🔥
