    Look in to an app called “wisdo” you might have it useful. Has lots of different forums with people going through same type of things so can talk and share about any issues.

    Pretending to be a super hero. Just did laundry and washed my cashmere tops with everything else and now they have shrunk so wearing one is making me look like the hulk, without bulging muscles 😂
