Hi everyone. My top goal this year is to get myself the healthiest I have ever been. I am at my heaviest right now and gained 25lbs last year topping me off at 205lbs. My main struggle is middle of the night eating and occasionally binge eating. I realize this is most likely a disorder. However, I am determined to do what I have to do to move forward with my goal.
