Jogging strollers

To some of you mom's of two or more kids!!!
I have been researching like crazy the past 2 days for a double jogging stroller so that I can start running while pushing that. Both of my kids are in separate strollers right now and it's even more challenging to push even one. Hubby goes with me to push the other one. lol Any advice?

I don't have a double stroller but I've been very happy with my schwinn brand single jogging stroller. A tip that was given to me when I was jogging was to make sure the tires are aired up well...the stroller glides much better when they are aired up properly. Another tip was to use only one arm to push the stroller while you used the other help balance yourself while jogging...of course, I don't know how much jogging you'll do with a double...it was hard enough with a single...I wasn't good at all with jogging and pushing the stroller.0

I have a phil and teds. my son was 2 when I got it and my daughter was just born. It broke by the time she was 9 months. I was so pissed off because when I bought it, it was $700! I do not recommend this stroller at all. The adjustable handle bar is what broke. It still works mind you but you physically have to lift it to get it up a curb because the handle bar is broken. I know your babies are young but I say invest in something that is sturdy. Phil and teds looks great I have had tons of compliments on it but it is a piece of crap...well the handle bar at least! Not to mention I bought it from an extremely posh baby store that prides itself on selling luxurious items for kids and when I called them to tell them that it broke they only offered to let me buy a new one at cost...HELL NO!!! Its manufacturers warranty wasn't even up but they didn't want to be bothered to have to send it in to them which is their responsibility!0

I have two jogging strollers- a Schwin M3 single for when my 5 year old is at school and my two year old and I want to run and a Baby Jogger performance series Double.
The double jogger is GREAT... it holds my 5 year old and my two year old easily. The big wheels make it easy to push. It is kind of hard to turn (tall handlebar), but the fixed wheel is so much nicer than a swivel wheel that locks, especially with that amount of weight. The only bummer with the Baby Jogger is that I had to take it to a bike shop to get the brake fixed when I first got it, but that was a $7 fix and was accomplished easily. If you can swing it, find it on ebay, or use gift cards, the Baby Jogger is fantastic.0 -

We were lucky and were given a hand me down- It's either Baby Jogger or Baby Trend... it's pretty worn but I love it. The thing is HEAVY but I'm getting an extra workout, right?
I agree about keeping the tires inflated- that makes a huge difference!0 -
If it's in your budget, the BOB Revolution Duallie is really nice. I have the single but I have friends who like the double a lot.0
