What are some of the best butt exercises?

I'm not sure, but the one that I do, is on all fours and raise the bended knee behind u as many times as u can. And then start on the other leg. I believe walking is the best though.1

Hip thrust and isolation with ankle weights(6 pounds or more each leg).
Wall sit.
Sumo squat.
Lunges.
Walking Lunges.
Side steps with heavy band.
Swings.
Bridge on a TRX.
Romanian Deadlift.

I think u just go to friends, then requests, and then accept. Which it totally up to u. š1

In general one with a large ROM is most optimal.
My default for most people is to dose deadlift and DL variations.
Hip thrust can also be a decent lift, but it leans towards a accessory or maybe supplemental lift.0
