Hello everyone! I’m Eric from Chicago just looking to form a group to push and motivate each other in our fitness and nutrition journey. I’m in my mid 30s and an avid bodybuilder and weightlifter. I just started on here today. I gained 77 pounds since I got pregnant with my son and after having him I still haven’t lost the weight because I wasn’t really trying. I need to get my s*** together and lose this weight so I can look and feel my best again, fit in my favorite jeans and be healthy for my family.1

I’ve been back to the gym properly for a month but it’s slow going! No show for me until April 2021, this year is all about building muscle and stripping the body fat but I have a terrible habit of ‘imposter syndrome’ and fell off the wagon just before my show in July 2019, completely sabotaging my hard work. I need more people to help me through the process and a support group sounds great!1
