I have been following the calorie amount of 1200 and exercising everyday and only lost 3 pounds in 3 weeks (only just) is this normal???

    I weigh 8 stone 11 now and i’m looking to weigh around 7 stone 10 (i know this is low but i’m quite small so i wouldn’t be classed as underweight at this weight)

    It is normal to lose weight if you eat less calories if that is what you mean.

    How the weight loss shows up on the scale is seldom normal. It can show no weight loss or even weight gain for a couple of weeks and then you start whooshing and all the sudden you lost 6 pounds in a week (or more).
