Hi there. Can anyone tell me what is better whole wheat bread or 12 grain type breads? Also is it better to eat only when hungry? Or should our Mel's/snacks be on a basic time schedule? Thank you!

    I like whole grain, it is usually less calories and provides good fiber. I eat ALL hours of the day. At least every 2 hours for 12 hours straight. Just make sure to stay within your calorie goal.

    Which ever one fits into your calorie goals. Meal timing is personal preference.

    The bread that’s “better” is the one that tastes better to you, as long as it fits your calorie/macro goals and any relevant medical conditions.

    You should eat whenever you prefer to eat, as long as you are within your calorie/macro goals and any relevant doctor’s orders.
