Need motivation to get your daily steps in?

This is a monthly challenge to get your steps in. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!

It's easy to join - You set what your daily/monthly step count is. You can also jump in anytime during the month, too.

You will need a step counter, i.e., FitBit, Apple Watch, Garmin or whatever other tracker you use, to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.

FYI: This group was formerly known as "Monthly Step Challenge."

    February goal: 330,000 steps and no more than 7 days under 10K steps

    I’m in! I have a desk job, so I’m unsure if I can average 10k/day but I’m going to try! Goal for February is 290,000 steps!

    February Goal = 10,000+ for 24/29 days

    I always get sick the first week of February, so here's hoping I don't blow through my 5 under 10K days this week.

    My goal is 7000 steps, as I have a sedentary job but am trying to change that with getting to the gym more, especially in the winter months.

    My goal is 15k a day this month. I want to see if I can hit 10k every day for entire month of February.

    2/1=13,700 (trying to get more steps in on the wknds to cover the upcoming work week, sitting at a desk)

    I'm going to apply the KISS theory here, 10k a day for a total of 29k for the month.

    I sit in front of a PC all day so 10k can be a challenge into it's self. I plan to log weekly, my low for the week and my high and the average.

    I started 10,000 steps a day on 2-1-2020 and want to commit completing 10,000 for the next 30 days

    Bit late to the party but Im in....today I logged 11,595. My fitbit goal is set at 8000 steps daily but Id like to hit 10000 each day. Good luck :)
