Hello everyone!

Im new to this site and very excited... gonna shift me flab!

I put on my excess weight when i moved in with my partner 5 years ago and this is my heaviest:sad: you know how it is when you get too comfortable with each other, but got to say enjoyed the food/drink at the time but a heavy price to pay.

So if you would like to support each other, please feel free to add me

    It's not Sunny in the my part of the North of England today, its just started raining! Probably because I got the day off work!

    I just joined this week and want to lose 4 stone.

    Welcome to this great place.

    Make good use of the food and exercise diary and you will acheive your goals.

    Just set a realistic target, accept there will be ups and downs, but in the end you can succeed.

    I was way overweight for 20 + years, but can honestly say the food and exercise diary, as well as the will to succeed has lead to me getting to a much healthier weight. I have another couple of stone to go, but will get there.
