P90X3?

Anyone tried P90X3? How did it go? Can you combine it with Olympic weightlifting and bodybuilding since each session is only 30 minutes?

    I do it. I have never followed the "plan" though. There are a few workouts that I like and tend to do those over and over. I combine it with distance running and weight lifting. I usually do the plyometrics, dynamix or isometrics at least once a week. I occasionally bust out the other workouts if I don't feel like going to the gym.

    To answer your question though, yes, I believe you can do the program as intended and still combine it with weight lifting. I believe this program is more focused on functional movement than the original P90X. I think it is good for injury prevention for folks that do other types of sports.
