so i eat nestle no fat diet yogurt. mostly because of the low sugar, but i know it has alot of unnecessary additives.
im thinking of switching?
i found this low sugar greek flavoured yogurt today that seems a bit closer to nature, but is a bit pricey, is it worth it?

Whole foos are always worth it! Eating de-natured foods are sure to make it harder for you to achieve your goals.
Make sure the yogurt you get doesn't contain artificial sweetener which interferes with leptin sensitivity (a hormone made by the fat cells to tell your brain how much stored energy is available & that you feel full). . .0 -
I stick with Stonyfield Oikos Fat-free Yogurt, plain or vanilla. Delicious, nutritious and satisfying.0

I always get Greek Gods nonfat plain Greek yogurt. It's $4 for 32 oz. and I think it's soooo worth it. Delicious and at only 12 calories/oz. you really can't beat it. Plus, the protein!0
