How to sync run from Fitbit to mfp

How do I sync a run which I've logged onto Fitbit onto mfp? My steps have automatically synced but not my run, which I've had to manually input instead. Can anyone help please 😊

The steps are the syncing. You won't see the run logged specifically, you just get an overall activity adjustment for the day.

You can see your run on Fitbit.

You can make a manual status update on mfp with the details of your run.

If you decide to actually log your run on mfp, make sure that the start and stop times and caloric details match because your mfp run information will over write what your FitBit detected.

I prefer the approach of letting Fitbit do its thing while a manual status update informs your mfp friends. Doing so reduces the chance you will inadvertently change what your tracker detected.

If you wanted, sadly its another app that syncs with both, but RunKeeper (free) you can use during the run and then it auto syncs with the two once you pair them. What I currently use.
